355th Legal Office to assist with sonic boom damage claims | Home & Garden

Davis-Monthan is holding a meeting for residents who received damage from the sonic boom last week. WHEN:  April 19 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; April 20 from noon to 5 p.m.

WHERE:  Murphy-Wilmot Library (530 N. Wilmot Rd)

There will be a team of Air Force claims representatives available to discuss any legal claims related to the sonic boom on April 13.  They will be able to discuss your claim  and help you with filing it.  They will also be able to answer questions about the claims process and provide you with the forms.

In order to file a claim you must bring the following with you to the library:

· Proof of ownership of the damaged property (or a power of attorney from the owner)
· A receipt for the repair (if the repair has been made)
· An estimate for any repair needed (two estimates if it will cost over $1,000)
· Photographs of the damage (if possible)

A claims team will inspect the damage at your convenience.
