Morning road closures and cautions for Pima County | News

PIMA COUNTY, AZ (Tucson News Now)- Here are current road conditions from the Pima County Department of Transportation, as of 8 a.m. this morning. 

The following roads are closed:

• Catalina Hwy (Gen. Hitchcock Hwy) - Open to Residents and Employees Only
• Silverbell Road between Avra Valley Road to Sasco Road
• Whitehouse Canyon Rd at the last Cattleguard east of the Continental School due to snow
• Madera Canyon Rd @ Whitehouse Canyon Rd / Box Canyon Rd due to snow

 Motorists are also advised to drive with caution on the following roads: 

• Pump Station Road between Avra Valley Road to El Tiro Road
• Snyder Road between Sabino Canyon Road and Kolb Road at Ventana Wash
• Snyder Road at the Ventana Wash between Kolb Road and Sabino Canyon Road
• Redington Road at MP 3 the base of the road
• Redington Road between MP26 and MP28
• Silverbell Road from end of pavement to Sasco Road
